Role: UX Team Lead & Strategist
Engagement: The Department of Education G6 engagement was aimed at modernizing the current grant review and application system for both formula and discretionary grants at the department. I led this team through a usability study, client education sessions, design process structuring, and USWDS wire-frame delivery for a handful of features in my 6 months tenure with Ed. Below is a highlight of the user research process followed as well as some of the client education information I presented. Also included: a glimpse of some of my wire-frames prototyped.
