Role: UX Designer
Engagement: The Ginnie Mae Blockchain MVP was an 8-week engagement aimed at designing and developing a scalable, user-friendly product that utilizes blockchain technology in an effort to meet one of three identified use-cases. I worked with a small team consisting of a business analyst, a developer, a project manager, and two client POs (product owners) to achieve the final MVP demo. I personally defined the user research component, pain point tracker, 'next steps' for scaling the MVP, and all system mockups. Due to certain time constraints and limitations, we did not create personas.
